Improved autoreply email reporting

Email subjects are now taken into consideration when determining if the email is an autoreply. Emails that are determined to be autoreplies, either by subject line or by header, are no longer counted as Opened or Responded in the Sent Email Report. Audio device improvements

Many problems related to audio devices are now fixed:

  • Changes to Close.io Audio Settings don’t require restarting the app anymore.
  • If you change your OS audio settings, Close.io's microphone indicator now shows the correct device.
  • Close.io now respects the selected microphone device to record VM drops.
  • It’s now possible to record Voicemail drops when using a Bluetooth device.
  • If Close.io can’t connect to your microphone before placing a call, you'll see a warning and ways to fix the problem.

Event Log API now available on all plans

The Event Log API (previously only available for users on the Business plan) is now available for all users. This endpoint lets you view an audit log of all data changes made in Close.io. See example use cases.

More options when transferring calls

Business users can now transfer calls to any of their verified external numbers, any group numbers in their organization or even a number entered on-the-fly.

Reduced ring time option on Power Dialer

A new option on the Power Dialer allows you to reduce the time spent waiting for calls to be answered before moving onto the next Lead. This is useful for prioritizing human reach rates when you don't intend to leave voicemail messages.

Delete email threads

Users can now delete an entire email thread in the lead activity feed with a single click.

See phone numbers used in call activities

When hovering over call activity text on a lead page (e.g. “Call from [Contact Name]”), a tooltip now shows which phone numbers were used (for both sales rep and contact). We also show the phone number label (if one exists) and properly format international numbers.
