Close.io product updates
Email subjects are now taken into consideration when determining if the email is an autoreply. Emails that are determined to be autoreplies, either by subject line or by header, are no longer counted as Opened or Responded in the Sent Email Report. Many problems related to audio devices are now fixed:
Business users can now transfer calls to any of their verified external numbers, any group numbers in their organization or even a number entered on-the-fly.
A new option on the Power Dialer allows you to reduce the time spent waiting for calls to be answered before moving onto the next Lead. This is useful for prioritizing human reach rates when you don't intend to leave voicemail messages.
Users can now delete an entire email thread in the lead activity feed with a single click.
When hovering over call activity text on a lead page (e.g. “Call from [Contact Name]”), a tooltip now shows which phone numbers were used (for both sales rep and contact). We also show the phone number label (if one exists) and properly format international numbers.
We’re excited to share that we’ve added a 7th Custom Field type called “User”. It’s common for teams to use Custom Fields to assign leads to one another. Whether you’re assigning leads to members of your sales team to go after or assigning new customers to your account managers, the “User” Custom Field type is the way to go.
With our new “Phone Settings Popover” view, we’ve made it easier to manage all of your Phone settings within Close.io.
We're excited to announce that we've updated a dozen Triggers and Actions in our Close.io Zapier integration, and we'll cover the cost of a Zapier "For Work" subscription for a full year when you upgrade to an annual Close.io subscription.
We've added the ability to customize the columns on the Opportunities view to give you more context about a given opportunity without clicking into the lead.
We're happy to announce the beta launch of 99Inbound, which makes it easy to capture form submissions as leads in Close.io.
